Care Coordinator

Our Care Coordinators provide an amazing experience to both clients and pets when they visit our clinics for care. You're the first and last touchpoint for our patients, so you'll use hospitality and tact to ensure our clients are welcomed, comfortable, and supported throughout their time at our locations.   

What You'll Get

Competitive Pay: $17-$22/hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do:
  • Create a welcoming, supportive experience for pet parents and their pets from check-in through check-out
  • Manage daily appointment flow, scheduling, and walk-in coordination in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Communicate with clients, referral partners, and veterinary teams via phone, email, and in person
  • Maintain organized, clean, and well-stocked client-facing spaces
  • Provide exceptional hospitality, answer questions, and help educate pet parents throughout their visit
  • Support clinic operations and collaborate closely with the veterinary team to ensure a smooth client and patient experience
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed to support the hospital team
What We're Looking For
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, veterinary reception, or other client-facing roles
  • Veterinary industry experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable learning and navigating multiple computer systems and technology platforms
  • Passion for delivering outstanding client experiences and working collaboratively as part of a team
  • Prior experience in veterinary medicine or animal care is preferred
