Job description

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century's most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril's family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Anduril's international teams deliver platforms, systems, and integrated effects from across Anduril's portfolio to regional defense and commercial customers, adapting and applying the products to serve a variety of customers in each market. As these teams rapidly expand, this role requires an applicant willing to take on diverse responsibilities across geographies.
ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking an International Project Logistics Leader to build, lead, and continuously improve Anduril's international project logistics function. In this role, you will establish and scale a high-performance global logistics network - designing multimodal distribution and carrier strategies, owning international project logistics spend, and ensuring our supply chain is fast, resilient, and compliant in support of mission-critical programs. You will act as the enterprise owner of international project logistics while serving as the company's logistics leader for FMS, DCS, and Security Cooperation programs, translating logistics expertise into winning pursuits and successful program execution at scale. You will operate with significant autonomy, exercise sound judgment on novel and ambiguous problems, mentor and develop staff, and represent Anduril in front of senior U.S. Government, partner-nation, and commercial stakeholders. At Anduril Industries, project logistics is a critical enabler of mission success. Join us. The world can't wait.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
International Project Logistics Leadership
  • Own and lead all international project logistics operations across Anduril's deployed theaters - building, scaling, and continuously improving a high-performance regional logistics network that operates quickly and reliably worldwide.
  • Serve as the enterprise owner of and primary point of contact for international project logistics strategy, partnering with global logistics leadership to align regional execution with enterprise strategy and objectives.
  • Partner directly with the business - capture, programs, contracts, supply chain, and product teams - to shape pursuits, scope logistics requirements, and brief leadership on logistics risk, cost, and feasibility.
  • Build the international project logistics playbook and operating framework - repeatable processes, templates, decision criteria, and standards - that the business executes against across pursuits, programs, and sustainment.
  • Partner with regional Operations and Business Line teams to coordinate project logistics across multiple geographies.
  • Align with engineering, procurement, and on-site/field teams to establish just-in-time (JIT) material flows and mitigate supply chain bottlenecks.

Carrier Strategy & Multimodal Execution
  • Develop and execute carrier strategy across all required modes - over-the-road (LTL, FTL), air, ocean, and parcel - to move Anduril's systems, spares, and support equipment internationally.
  • In partnership with global logistics leadership, source, negotiate, and manage relationships with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and last-mile providers.
  • Plan and execute the safe transport of oversized, heavy-lift, and non-standard cargo - including vessel chartering, specialized trucking permits, and route surveys.
  • Direct transportation, parts, equipment, and software flows supporting Anduril's international FMS, DCS and MRO programs worldwide; manage performance against cost, schedule, and delivery commitments.
  • Drive service-level performance, cost optimization, and capacity planning across the network.

Logistics Strategy & Network Design
  • Design and optimize distribution flows, routing strategies, and transportation service offerings across international theaters.
  • Establish and scale in-country project logistics infrastructure - forward stocking locations, bonded and free-trade-zone warehousing, and local distribution partners - to support in-theater delivery and sustainment as Anduril expands manufacturing and sales globally.
  • Identify opportunities for network efficiency and cost reduction and build scalable processes to support rapid growth and program expansion.
  • Partner with internal compliance teams and customs brokers to ensure adherence to international trade laws, manage import/export documentation, and maintain compliance across all jurisdictions of operation.
  • Proactively anticipate transport constraints, weather disruptions, and resource bottlenecks, and formulate actionable contingency and corrective plans.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. export-control regimes - including ITAR and EAR - and applicable end-use/end-user, licensing, and technology-transfer requirements across FMS and DCS transactions.

Procurement & Commercial Ownership
  • Lead international project logistics sourcing and procurement in collaboration with the enterprise logistics strategy and team.
  • Run RFPs, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor performance.
  • Own international project logistics spend and deliver against cost targets.
  • Support industrial participation, offset, and local-content commitments in partner nations - coordinating with in-country suppliers and logistics partners to meet contractual obligations tied to FMS and DCS sales.

ILS, Sustainment & FMS/Security Cooperation
  • Serve as Anduril's logistics leader for FMS, DCS, and Security Cooperation programs for the U.S. Government and allied partners, leading pre-case analysis, requirements definition, and feasibility assessment across Anduril product lines.
  • Lead Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) planning across the full spectrum of elements - support equipment, provisioning, technical data, training, and field sustainment - partnering with senior logistics leadership and program offices.
  • Own sustainment strategy and execution across Anduril's family of systems - autonomous platforms, Lattice OS, sensors, spares, and support equipment - including in-country and in-theater support models.
  • Support development and review of Life Cycle Cost (LCC) and Total Ownership Cost (TOC) plans, Maintenance Plans / Logistics Support Analysis (MP/LSA) records, and Level of Repair (LOR) analyses as applicable to international programs.
  • Serve as a primary interface to U.S. Government program offices, contractors, and partner-nation representatives; represent Anduril at reviews, conferences, and briefings in CONUS and partner-nation locations as required.

Performance & Continuous Improvement
  • Establish and track KPIs across cost, service, transit time, and reliability.
  • Drive continuous-improvement initiatives across the international project logistics network.
  • Implement tools and reporting to increase visibility, control, and standard work.
  • Mentor and develop logistics and program staff; lead cross-functional teams to closure on complex programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field (master's preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, including international project logistics experience.
  • Proven ability to build and scale project logistics operations in a regional or international environment, including standing up in-country infrastructure and moving high-value or oversized defense hardware across multiple theaters.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing multimodal carrier strategy (road, air, ocean, parcel) and managing 3PLs, freight forwarders, and last-mile providers.
  • Experience owning logistics spend and delivering against cost targets, including running RFPs, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor performance.
  • Working knowledge of import/export compliance and international customs/brokerage processes.
  • Experience with FMS and DCS program execution and Security Cooperation programs, including familiarity with ILS disciplines, U.S. export-control regimes (ITAR/EAR), and the FMS/Security Cooperation enterprise.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including to CONUS and partner-nation locations.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff in a logistics, defense, or acquisition environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex programs concurrently - including planning, prioritization, executive-level decision-making, work delegation, and team development.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, or ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent leadership, vendor-management, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in defense, aerospace, or high-technology manufacturing environments.
  • Experience scaling project logistics in early-stage or rapidly growing organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS).
  • Knowledge of the Management Information System International Logistics (MISIL), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), and Information Warehouse (IW).
  • Six Sigma certification or Lean training.
  • Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or Security Cooperation certification from Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU), or Defense Acquisition University (DAU) certification.
  • Master's degree.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
