Job description

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate and dependable LPN for a current part-time weekday position in our 10-bed Assisted Care Living Facility with oversight for our 8-bed Semi-Independent Living Cottages. This role is perfect for a nurse seeking a low-volume healthcare setting and very manageable staff-to-resident ratio.

Your primary functions include accurate administration of medications and minor treatments, monitor and document resident health changes, coordinate care with MDs, NPs, other support staff, and families. You will also supervise direct care staff, manage residents files and maintain documentation for regulatory compliance.
