Job description

Treske Precision Machining, Inc. is a precision machine shop. We serve: Space & Defense, Aerospace, Electronics and Commercial Customers.  We are Technology Driven including Robotic Machine Loading and Inspection. Our training is for all employees. Our own in-house software developers continually improve the flow of information we need to do our daily jobs

  • Weekday Nights M-Th: 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM (we can be flexible on start times) 12% + 5% Differential
  • Weekend Nights  F-Su: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (we can be flexible on start times)  30% + 10% Differential


Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Run machines in a fast-paced production environment
  • Load appropriate materials for job instructions
  • Perform In-Process Inspections using standard precision measuring tools
  • Reviews and understand manufacturing prints
  • Follow Shop Procedures and Processes
  • 5S, keeping area clean and organized
  • Check parts using basic measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, pins, indicators and bore gauges
  • Other duties as assigned


Desired Skills and Experience

  • Experienced minimum 5 years in set-up and production of vertical CNC precision parts.
  • Have production experience with close tolerance machined components and holding tolerances of +/- .0005".
  • Effective communicator
  • Manual mill, lathe and jig bore experience a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to assist less skilled employees with minor rework when needed
  • Excellent work ethic and dependability
  • Personal traits of Self-Starter, Self-Motivated, Flexible and Detail Oriented
  • Have the ability and willingness to adapt to an ever-changing production environment


Job Conditions/Physical Requirements

  • Work performed in office and factory settings.
  • Exposure to manufacturing environments such as noise and dust.
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, bend reach, and move about facilities.
  • Must be able to lift light to moderately heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.)
