Operators working with Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) machines often encounter challenges such as frequent machine jams, inconsistent sealing, and product spillage. These issues can arise from incorrect machine settings, improper film alignment, or worn-out components. To address these challenges, operators should conduct regular maintenance, closely monitor machine parameters, and stay updated with troubleshooting procedures provided by manufacturers. Effective communication with maintenance teams and ongoing technical training can also help operators quickly resolve issues and maintain high production efficiency.
