Position Summary
Vertex is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Room Attendants to join our housekeeping team in [LOCATION]. As a Room Attendant, you'll play a key role in upholding the high standards our clients expect — keeping guest rooms clean, comfortable, and welcoming while delivering professional, courteous service every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities
• Clean and prepare guest rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
• Make beds and replace linens and towels
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop floors
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, fixtures, appliances, and high-touch surfaces
• Replenish guest supplies and room amenities
• Remove trash, used linens, and towels from assigned rooms
• Report maintenance concerns, damages, lost-and-found items, and safety hazards
• Maintain assigned carts, supplies, and equipment
• Complete assigned rooms within established productivity and quality standards
• Follow all safety procedures, chemical-handling requirements, and company policies
• Respond professionally to guest requests and communicate concerns to leadership
• Support additional housekeeping duties as assigned


Qualifications
• Previous hotel, resort, timeshare, or housekeeping experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks on time
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays
