Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintenance of PLC’s, MCC’s, Lighting, Power distribution, Fire and Gas, and communication systems. The ability to supervise small crews.

  • Installation and troubleshooting of electrical, electronic, control and communications systems and equipment.
  • Installation and maintenance of AC and DC equipment
  • Hook up and maintenance of generators, transformers, MCC’s(Motor Control Center), Nav-Aids etc
  • Oversee the demolition of cable and conduit runs as needed
  • Interpret customer specifications to ensure the work is in compliance with industry standards, National Electrical Code, and relevant Government regulations
  • Calibrate and Commission electrical and electronic equipment
  • Provide guidance and technical support
  • Knowledge and ability to read and red line drawings and P&ID’s
  • Able to supervise small crews and perform duties of Field Lead during absence.
  • Provide technical support to and mentor subordinates
  • Process all field service documentation in a correct and timely manner in absence of Field Tech Lead.
  • Ensure all quality standards and HSE policies and procedures are supported and adhered to.
  • Able to recognize and mitigate safety hazards and dangers
  • Perform the above without supervision
