Description
  • Install Electrical and Electronic Control Systems and equipment, PLC's, MCC's, Lighting, Power supplies, Fire and Gas, and communications systems with minimal supervision.
  • Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills of Electrical/Electronic issues relative to Control Systems and equipment.
  • Install and maintain Lighting and Power distribution systems.
  • Route, fabricate and install cable tray.
  • Route, bend and install conduit runs.
  • Gland and terminate cables.
  • Hook up generators, transformers, MCC's (Motor Control Center) Nav-Aids etc
  • Demolition of cable and conduit runs
  • Proficient in the use of tools of the trade
  • Read drawings and P&ID's
  • Knowledge of industry standards, National Electrical Code and relevant Government regulations
  • Recognize and avoid safety hazards and dangers
  • All above functions performed with minimal supervision
