Description
  • Direct and assist the activities of the technicians in the completion of job tasks in a safe and quality workmanship manner
  • Control System fabrication, testing, and troubleshooting including PLC, DCS, HMI, Pneumatic & Hydraulic control panels, and Power Distribution Systems (MCC, UPS, Lighting)
  • Skid Packaged Automation fabrication, testing, and troubleshooting including hydraulic power units and chemical injection systems
  • Ability to read, understand, and review electrical and P&ID drawings. Communicate any drawing discrepancies to shop management, engineers/project managers, as required.
  • Electrical, Instrumentation, and Tubing Installation
  • Mentor and train subordinates as required
  • Monitors and controls use of tools and equipment
  • Document testing and inspection reports
  • Ensure quality standards and HSE policies and procedures are supported and adhered to
  • Able to recognize and mitigate safety hazards and dangers
  • Performs a variety of functions necessary for the successful operation of the facility, as assigned by the management of the company
  • Occasional travel to job sites to perform installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning as required
  • Perform all tasks above with minimal supervision
