What you'll be doing...
Verizon is redefining how global enterprise infrastructure powers the AI revolution. As Senior Manager of Analyst Relations, you won't just track the market-you will shape it. Serving as the strategic lead for our flagship AI Connect portfolio, you will position Verizon as the indispensable connectivity and compute backbone for the enterprise AI era.
You will bridge the gap between complex engineering, market perception, and sales execution. By converting deep technical milestones into market-defining narratives, driving top-right positioning in tier-one evaluations, and feeding critical market intelligence back to our product leaders, you will establish Verizon as an undisputed market leader.
Responsibilities will include:
  • Drive AI Market Leadership: Architect and execute the global AR strategy for Verizon's AI Connect portfolio, establishing dominant positioning with key influencers at major and boutique research firms.
  • Cultivate High-Value Advocacy: Build trust-based, long-term relationships with top-tier analysts, converting neutral industry evaluators into active advocates for Verizon's strategy.
  • Dominate Major Evaluations: Lead end-to-end strategy for market-leading tier-one evaluations, converting product milestones into category leadership.
  • Deliver Inbound Strategic Intelligence: Contextualize analyst feedback, competitive threats, and market trends into high-impact, actionable insights for Product Management, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to shape future roadmaps.
  • Accelerate Enterprise Pipeline: Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Executive teams to integrate analyst endorsements, research, and custom validation directly into high-stakes customer deal cycles.
  • Advise Executive Leadership: Coach and align VP-level and above executives for high-impact analyst briefings, inquiries, and summits, ensuring narrative consistency and strategic depth.

What we're looking for...
You'll need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
  • Six or more years of dedicated Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, Product, or Strategic Communications experience within hyperscale cloud, enterprise technology, or telecommunications.
  • Experience supporting enterprise positioning in major evaluation frameworks (Gartner MQs, Forrester Waves, IDC MarketScapes), or relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of enterprise networking, AI/ML infrastructure, edge computing, and/or hybrid cloud ecosystems.
  • Experience advising, prepping, and coaching C-suite and VP-level executives with confidence and strategic clarity.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Marketing/Communications/Tech).
  • Experience in hyperscale cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) or enterprise AI/data infrastructure platforms.
  • Established, direct relationships with tier-one networking, edge, and AI analysts.
  • Proficiency with AR management platforms (e.g., ARchitect) and CIP/AR professional certification.

If Verizon and this role sound like a fit for you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every "even better" qualification listed above.
