  • Lead large\-scale transformation initiatives for electric, gas, and water utility clients
    <\/li>\n
  • Drive end\-to\-end program delivery across technology, operations, and regulatory workstreams
    <\/li>\n
  • Align executive stakeholders around scope, roadmap, budget, and measurable business outcomes
    <\/li>\n
  • Manage complex, multi\-vendor environments with strong governance and risk controls
    <\/li>\n
  • Oversee enterprise system implementations (CIS, EAM, ERP, ETRM, Grid\/OMS\/ADMS, etc.)
    <\/li>\n
  • Navigate regulatory and compliance\-driven environments with confidence
    <\/li>\n
  • Provide strategic guidance while remaining hands\-on in execution
    <\/li>\n
  • Build trusted client relationships and serve as a senior delivery leader
    <\/li>\n <\/ul>

     What You Bring:<\/b>

    • 7+ years of project management experience, with deep utilities domain expertise
      <\/li>\n
    • Proven success delivering enterprise\-scale technology or operational transformation programs
      <\/li>\n
    • Strong knowledge of utility business processes (customer, asset, grid, trading, regulatory)
      <\/li>\n
    • Experience leading hybrid delivery models (Waterfall, Agile, or blended approaches)
      <\/li>\n
    • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
      <\/li>\n
    • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and high\-visibility initiatives
      <\/li>\n
    • PMP and\/or Agile certifications preferred
      <\/li>\n
    • Consistent, reliable availability and professional accountability
      <\/li>\n <\/ul>
