  • Lead quality assurance efforts across enterprise technology initiatives

  • Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and end\-to\-end validation scenarios

  • Partner with business and technical teams to define acceptance criteria
    <\/li>\n
  • Manage defect tracking, traceability, and release readiness activities
    <\/li>\n
  • Support integration, regression, and user acceptance testing
    <\/li>\n
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and standards

    What You Bring:<\/b>

    • 5+ years of progressive experience in quality assurance or test engineering
      <\/li>\n
    • Strong expertise in structured manual testing and test case design
      <\/li>\n
    • Experience validating enterprise systems (ERP, CIS, EAM, CRM, or similar platforms)
      <\/li>\n
    • Familiarity with SDLC and Agile or hybrid delivery models
      <\/li>\n
    • Experience with test management tools (ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
      <\/li>\n
    • Ability to translate business requirements into effective test scenarios
      <\/li>\n
    • Strong analytical skills and executive\-ready communication
      <\/li>\n
    • Exposure to test automation and SQL for data validation strongly valued
      <\/li>\n
    • Experience working in regulated or compliance\-driven environments preferred
      <\/li>\n
