 <\/b>We're looking for a talented Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant<\/b> to join our growing team. If you're energized by solving complex challenges, collaborating with smart and supportive teammates, and making a real impact, you'll fit right in.

 What You'll Do:<\/b>
<\/p>\n

• Lead end\-to\-end ServiceNow implementations, from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and deployment
  <\/li>\n
• Serve as a hands\-on technical owner, balancing delivery leadership and platform build work
  <\/li>\n
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using best practices (workflows, business rules, integrations, data model)
  <\/li>\n
• Partner directly with stakeholders and project teams to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions
  <\/li>\n
• Support implementations across any ServiceNow module (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, Custom Apps, etc.)
  <\/li>\n
• Provide technical guidance on platform design, data structures, and integration patterns
  <\/li>\n
• Contribute to project planning, timelines, and risk management
  <\/li>\n
• Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow standards, performance, and long\-term maintainability
  <\/li>\n
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to delivery best practices as needed
  <\/li>\n <\/ul>

   
  <\/p>

  What You Bring:<\/b>
  <\/p>\n

  \n
  • 5+ years of hands\-on ServiceNow implementation experience
    <\/li>\n
  • Proven experience delivering full lifecycle implementations
    <\/li>\n
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and integrations
    <\/li>\n
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) required
    <\/li>\n
  • One or more ServiceNow CIS\-level certifications preferred (any module acceptable)
    <\/li>\n
  • Comfortable owning technical delivery while collaborating with project and business stakeholders
    <\/li>\n
  • Strong communication skills and ability to operate in client\-facing or cross\-functional environments
    <\/li>\n
  • Consistent, reliable availability and professional accountability
    <\/li>\n <\/ul>
