Whatyou'lldo:

  • Own the Data Migration Program

Lead endtoend migration activities across all phases. Define strategy, extract from legacy systems, execute loads (LTMC/LTMOM), and ensure quality + signoff for every object.

  • Build the Data Framework from Scratch

Create standards, templates, cleansing rules, and validation criteria for all master and transactional data.

  • Manage Master Data Lifecycle

Oversee Customer, Vendor, Material, COA, Cost Centers, WBS, Plant/Storage data - ensuring everything is fitforpurpose before entering SAP.

  • Ensure PhasetoPhase Continuity

Maintain data integrity, manage delta loads, track open balance migrations, and prepare the data foundation for each phase gate.

  • Drive Accountability Across SI + Business

Review SI templates,validatetransformation logic, challenge assumptions, and build data ownership within the business without overwhelming operational teams.

What you need for success:

  • 7+ yearshandson SAP data migration experience, including at least one full-cycle greenfield project

  • Deep experience withSAP Data Migration Cockpit (LTMC/LTMOM)

  • Strong mastery of key SAP domains: FI, MM, SD, PS

  • Experience migratingopen items and balances(AR, AP, GL, PS/MM commitments)

  • Working knowledge ofS/4HANA Public Clouddata structures

  • Understanding ofSAP Activatephases and data sequencing

  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/INDEXMATCH, pivots, profiling)

  • Background in Manufacturing or Construction is a strong asset

  • Experienceoperatingas asolo or lean-team data resource

  • Bonus: SAP BODS/Information Steward, ETL tools (Boomi, MuleSoft, BTP), Big 4/SAP consulting background, PMP

  • Travel:50-75% - Canada and United States
