The Extrusion supervisor is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of Infill 360 manufacturing operations at the Calhoun, GA facility. This role drives performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role ensures operational excellence across safety, quality, on-time delivery, cost, and productivity, while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. The Extrusion supervisor partners cross-functionally with business and operations leaders to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with divisional goals, driving continuous improvement and overall performance. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. This role is based out of the Calhoun, GA Office and will be reporting to the VP of Operations.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and manage extrusion operations, ensuring safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency

  • Develop and execute departmental plans aligned with business objectives

  • Direct and support team members to ensure effective daily operations and high service levels

  • Balance cost, service, safety, inventory, labor, automation, and regulatory requirements to drive operational excellence

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and all applicable regulations

  • Oversee safe operation, maintenance, and upkeep of equipment and the work environment

  • Establish and monitor KPIs; drive performance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Coach, develop, and engage team members to build organizational capability

  • Partner with Innovation and R&D to support successful product transitions to production

What you need for success:

  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience and/or 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role

  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and leverage tools to improve performance

  • Strong customer focus with the ability to build effective relationships

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed

  • Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills

  • Hands-on leadership style with a visible floor presence
