Job description

Mercy Ridge, an upscale retirement community located in Timonium, Maryland is seeking part time dining servers to become a part of our team. This is a non-exempt position. Under the supervision of the Venue Manager, the Server is to courteously and professionally serve all residents and their guests’ meals in the dining rooms.

Essential Functions:

  • Attends pre-meal briefing daily.
  • Is courteous, knowledgeable of menu, and professional at all times when serving a resident/guest.
  • Performs pre-opening and closing side work duties as assigned.
  • Sets tables and maintains work stations and kitchen stations in proper order and in accordance to sanitation guidelines.
  • Takes orders and provides service to residents and guests in dining venue as assigned.
  • Clears dishes from tables after each course.
