The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of DuPont Electronic Materials CMP, LLC. This role involves a variety of clerical, organizational, and communication tasks to support staff and management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct administrative support to the Senior Director, Global CMPT R&D.
  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and meeting logistics.
  • Coordinate executive-level communications and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and presentation content.
  • Track action items and ensure timely completion of key deliverables.
  • Lead planning and execution of internal and external events.
  • Organize global leadership meetings, customer visits, technical workshops, and team-building activities.
  • Coordinate venue logistics, budgets, catering, travel arrangements, and event communications.
  • Ensure professional execution of high-visibility events.
  • Create executive-level PowerPoint presentations for town hall.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
