These can be independent startups or projects launched within existing companies, often with the goal of rapid growth and scalability. People working in ventures are involved in tasks like identifying opportunities, securing funding, building teams, and developing products or services. The field is dynamic and involves a mix of risk-taking, strategic planning, and adaptability to changing market conditions.
