These can be independent startups or projects launched within existing companies, often with the goal of rapid growth and scalability. How does working in a ventures role typically involve collaboration with cross-functional teams?

In a Ventures position, collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential, as you'll often work closely with product, legal, finance, and marketing departments to evaluate new business opportunities and drive innovation. This collaborative environment helps ensure that potential investments or startup initiatives align with the overall strategy and operational capabilities of the organization.
