Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, enhancement, and optimization of TPRM workflows in ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, Risk SMEs, and Technology teams to gather, document, validate, and implement workflow requirements.
  • Assist with ServiceNow configuration, workflow testing, and enhancements supporting TPRM processes and controls.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document test results, identify defects, and coordinate issue resolution.
  • Translate TPRM methodology and business requirements into scalable and automated ServiceNow workflows.
  • Develop and maintain business requirements, process documentation, workflow diagrams, job aids, and training materials.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, improve workflow routing, strengthen system controls, and enhance the user experience.
  • Monitor workflow performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support data validation, reporting requirements, metrics, and workflow governance activities.
  • Partner with Procurement, Information Security, Compliance, Privacy, and Technology teams to support end-to-end TPRM workflow integration.
  • Assist with maintaining data quality, process consistency, and adherence to established risk management practices.
  • Support deployment activities and ensure workflow enhancements align with business requirements and the future-state operating model.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience working with ServiceNow workflows and business process automation.
  • Experience supporting Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), vendor risk, or enterprise risk management processes.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with UAT, test planning, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Strong understanding of workflow analysis, process improvement, and automation.
  • Experience creating process flows, workflow diagrams, SOPs, job aids, and training documentation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with business, risk, compliance, security, and technology teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM or ServiceNow Vendor Risk Management (VRM).
  • Knowledge of third-party/vendor risk management frameworks, controls, and risk assessments.
  • Experience working with Procurement, Information Security, Privacy, Compliance, or Technology organizations.
