POSITION DESCRIPTION
EnFin is seeking a Vendor SLA & Performance manager to own operational performance oversight across key execution vendors, including milestone review, servicing, and billing partners. This role ensures vendor performance issues are surfaced early, objectively, and through measurable signals rather than reactive escalation. This role is accountable for visibility, accountability, and remediation, not vendor execution staffing or contract negotiation.
This position will be based out of one of our offices in Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Teaneck, NJ, with a potential in-office schedule set at the direct manager's discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures. Remote work may be considered for exceptional cases.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Track SLA adherence by vendor and milestone
  • Monitor vendor queues, backlog health, and turnaround times
  • Analyze re-review volume and root causes
  • Produce monthly vendor scorecards and executive summaries
  • Own escalation tracking and remediation follow through
  • Partner with QA Audits to identify vendor-driven defects
  • Coordinate vendor feedback loops and quality improvement initiatives
  • Provide early warning signals for emerging vendor risks
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in vendor management, service delivery, or operations analytics.
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills,
  • Experience managing outsourced or third-party operations.
  • Ability to drive accountability through data and structured escalation.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Solar, servicing, or fintech experience preferred
