In this highly collaborative role, you'll serve as the project leader for customer onboarding—bringing together Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and customer stakeholders to deliver successful program launches. If you're energized by managing complex projects, building strong relationships, and creating outstanding customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As the primary lead for strategic account integrations, you will:

  • Lead the onboarding and implementation of new and expanding strategic customer accounts.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by setting clear expectations, communicating project milestones, and ensuring successful program launches.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders while reinforcing confidence in Endries' products, services, and operational capabilities.
  • Develop and manage detailed integration project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams—including Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and Regional Account teams—to ensure launch readiness.
  • Oversee implementation activities such as facility setup, bin placement, labeling, stocking, and system configuration.
  • Monitor integration performance through project milestones, gap analyses, launch timelines, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Serve as the key liaison between Business Development and Regional Account Ownership to ensure a smooth transition to long-term account management.
  • Ensure customer expectations, contractual requirements, and operational needs are effectively communicated to internal teams.
  • Facilitate ongoing communication among internal stakeholders throughout the onboarding process.
  • Capture lessons learned and recommend process improvements that enhance future customer implementations.
  • Partner with leadership to support complex strategic implementations and coordinate executive involvement when appropriate.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines strong project management skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Project Management, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Three to five years of experience in account management, customer onboarding, project management, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Experience within industrial distribution, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), or fastener/Class C products is strongly preferred.
  • Proven success managing multiple complex projects while balancing timelines, priorities, and customer expectations.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Infor preferred), VMI platforms, Microsoft Office, and Smartsheet is a plus.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
Why Join Endries?

At Endries, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact by helping customers successfully launch programs that drive long-term partnerships. If you're someone who enjoys bringing people together, solving complex challenges, and ensuring every project starts on the right foot, this is the opportunity for you.
