• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses and needs.
• Create tailored and comprehensive treatment plans that reflect individual client goals and preferences.
• Provide ongoing psychotherapy treatment to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress within our electronic health record system.
• Engage in regular consultations with peers and participate in weekly team meetings to discuss cases and share insights.
• Monitor client feedback and adjust treatment modalities to adapt to their evolving needs.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health care and participate in continuous professional development opportunities.

This position serves a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and couples. We focus on providing care tailored to the unique challenges faced by these groups, addressing a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and trauma. Our goal is to equip clients with the tools they need to manage their mental health and achieve personal growth.

• A valid license as a mental health clinician (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent) is required.
• A Bachelor's degree is a prerequisite; preference will be given to candidates with a Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, or Social Work.
• At least 2 years of experience in mental health counseling or psychotherapy is necessary.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective client interaction.
• A strong ability to conduct virtual appointments with ease and professionalism.
• Prior experience in remote or telehealth settings is an advantage.

• Experience working with specific populations, including children, adolescents, or couples is welcomed.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
• Proficiency in digital tools and electronic health record systems conducive to remote practice.
