You'll help bring clarity, structure, and momentum to critical transformation efforts across the business. By aligning strategy with execution, you'll influence how we scale, operate, and deliver value - making a lasting impact on our teams, partners, and overall success.

• Proven expertise in leading complex, multi-faceted programs within dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Strong ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels, confidently engaging with senior stakeholders
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with experience leading executive-level discussions
• Deep understanding of program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Lean, Waterfall or similar)
• Strength in navigating ambiguity, solving complex problems, and making informed decisions
• Experience managing budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams to successful outcomes
• A natural collaborator with a customer-first mindset and a drive for continuous improvement

Compensation:

• Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $95,200 to 136,000 or more depending on experience.
