Job description

Location: Portland, OR 100% onsite role
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future.
We are seeking an IT asset management associate to be Central SPOC for managing IT assets (DaaS & Non-DaaS) across USA & Canada. This covers laptops, Desktops, printers, factory PCs/devices, and spare parts and to be responsible for inventory, logistics, vendor coordination, and lifecycle management.
What you'll do in this role:
  • Manage end-to-end asset lifecycle (procurement - deployment - tracking - disposal)
  • Maintain accurate asset inventory in ITSM/CMDB tools
  • Handle receiving, shipping, and tracking of devices and spares across locations
  • Monitor stock levels and trigger hardware/spare ordering (DaaS & Non-DaaS)
  • Coordinate device imaging, staging, and deployment readiness
  • Act as SPOC for logistics coordination with warehouses, sites, and vendors
  • Manage vendor/OEM coordination for hardware break-fix issues
  • Track and manage warranty status (in-warranty & out-of-warranty)
  • Provide basic troubleshooting support (laptops, printers, peripherals)
  • Execute secure asset disposal and maintain compliance records

What you'll need to succeed:
  • Possess professional experience between 3-6 years in IT asset management systems
  • Must have desktop support hands on experience for managing enterprise class end user environments.
