Salary range: $55k-65k DOE
Location: Lawrence NY (in-office)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and driven professional to lead waste contract negotiations, strengthen vendor relationships, and support day-to-day operational needs. This role is heavily focused on negotiating and managing waste service agreements while building and maintaining strong partnerships with vendors. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and is comfortable handling both strategic and operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead negotiations for waste and recycling service contracts to ensure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and service quality
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with waste vendors and service providers
  • Coordinate across internal teams to ensure service expectations and operational needs are met
  • Support additional operational and administrative tasks as needed
