Vending Associate Support (Multi-Site Skilled Nursing Facilities)
Pay Rate: $17-$18/hr
Schedule: Full-time, multi-site travel required

Job Summary
The Vending Associate Support role ensures that vending services across multiple skilled nursing facilities are consistently stocked, clean, functional, and accurately inventoried. This position is responsible for product replenishment, basic machine maintenance, cash collection, and customer service support. The associate travels between assigned facilities to maintain vending operations and uphold service standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Product Delivery & Stocking - Receives and transports vending inventory including beverages, snacks, pastries, specialty food items, and sundries to assigned facilities.
  • Machine Stocking & Rotation - Loads products into vending machines and coolers; rotates inventory to ensure freshness; removes stale, expired, or unsold items.
  • Cash Collection & Accountability - Collects money from machines, refills bill and coin changers, and maintains strict accountability for cash handling and product counts.
  • Inventory Tracking - Records all transactions, inventory levels, and machine fills using designated cards, logs, or electronic devices.
  • Order Preparation - Prepares order forms for replenishment of food, beverage, and pastry products based on usage and inventory needs.
  • Customer Service - Listens to and resolves service complaints from facility staff; escalates issues when needed.
  • Machine Maintenance & Sanitation - Performs routine cleaning, minor maintenance, and basic troubleshooting on vending machines; maintains a clean and organized storeroom and vending area.
  • Multi-Site Travel - Travels to multiple skilled nursing facilities daily or weekly to maintain vending operations; uses personal or company vehicle per policy.
