Job Summary

As a Facilities & Client Services Specialist, you play a vital role in maintaining clean, safe, organized, and professional environments across our client locations. This position combines facility maintenance, cleaning services, conference room and event support, light maintenance, and customer service to ensure daily operations run efficiently. You will serve as a visible representative of Trilogy Corporate Services by delivering exceptional service, building positive relationships with clients, guests, vendors, and employees, and responding to facility and workplace needs with professionalism and attention to detail. Success in this role requires adaptability, a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing an outstanding client experience.



Key Responsibilities


General Cleaning

  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchenettes, and fitness rooms, including toilets, sinks, fixtures, and floors.
  • Vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain all floor surfaces.
  • Dust and wipe furniture, countertops, desks, tables, and other surfaces throughout offices, conference rooms, lobbies, and common areas.
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
  • Empty trash and recycling receptacles and dispose of waste in designated dumpsters.
  • Restock restroom and breakroom supplies, including soap, paper towels, toilet paper, cups, utensils, and other consumables.
  • Perform refrigerator cleanouts as scheduled.
  • Clean and maintain coffee machines.

Facilities & Maintenance Support

  • Complete routine technical employee work order requests related to facility support.
  • Assist the maintenance team with general maintenance tasks, preventative maintenance, and special projects.
  • Perform minor facility repairs and painting touch-ups to maintain a professional appearance throughout client sites.
  • Operate power washing equipment to clean exterior building surfaces, sidewalks, entrances, and other outdoor areas as needed.
  • Perform floor care requests, including spot cleaning, scrubbing, and other assigned floor maintenance.
  • Support preventative maintenance activities to ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.
  • Identify and report maintenance, safety, or repair issues requiring additional attention.
  • Perform other facility maintenance and operational support duties as assigned.


Conference Room & Meeting Support

  • Reset conference rooms to established standards.
  • Provide catering setup and meeting support as needed.


Teamwork & Safety

  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and training to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily assignments efficiently.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support facility operations.


Customer Service & Client Relations

  • Serve as a professional and welcoming representative of Trilogy Corporate Services.
  • Build positive working relationships through friendly, responsive, and respectful interactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to requests and resolving routine questions or concerns.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and team members to ensure facility needs are met.


Qualifications

  • Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment, including backpack vacuums, floor scrubbers, and other commercial cleaning equipment.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while following established procedures.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing responsibilities.
  • Valid driver's license required.


Work Environment

  • Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive movement throughout the shift.
  • Frequent use of commercial cleaning equipment and tools.
