  • Roadmap Governance: Develop and maintain unified product roadmaps that map directly to core enterprise scaling and profitability targets.

  • Full-Lifecycle Launch: Lead the complete product management lifecycle from raw concept and prototyping to full-scale technical launch.

  • Specification Definition: Translate ambiguous leadership goals into highly structured product requirements, user stories, and detailed technical specifications.

AI Integration Workflow Automation

  • AI Championing: Drive the aggressive adoption of cutting-edge generative AI capabilities across internal products and daily company operations.

  • Automation Engineering: Continuous evaluation of software automation tools to systematically eliminate workflow inefficiencies and maximize organizational velocity.

  • Innovation Experimentation: Foster a disciplined internal culture of rapid experimentation, competitive tracking, and technical validation before dedicating engineering resources.

Cross-Functional Operations Delivery

  • High-Velocity Alignment: Partner tightly with Engineering, Data Analytics, Design, Operations, and Marketing teams to eliminate roadblocks and keep code shipping daily.

  • Process Standardization: Architect scalable product development processes, establishing clear documentation standards, sprint planning frameworks, and predictable release cadences.

  • Metric-Driven Management: Implement performance dashboards and track key product health indicators to create repeatable, simultaneously scaling systems.

Organizational Leadership Culture

  • Department Scale: Recruit, mentor, manage, and upskill a high-performing product organization of Product Managers, Product Owners, and UX practitioners as the company expands.

  • Accountability Cultivation: Instill a pervasive team culture rooted in absolute ownership, speed, accountability, and measurable commercial outcomes.

Success Metrics

Your performance in this executive position will be evaluated on the following business outcomes:

  • Strategic Delivery: Successful, on-time launch of high-priority strategic products and initiatives.

  • Commercial Value: Revenue generated from new digital products, coupled with measurable engineering efficiency gains.

  • Automation Optimization: Rate of successful AI implementation and internal workflow automation improvements.

  • Predictability: Product delivery predictability and cross-functional internal stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications Skills

  • Experience Level: 5+ years of progressive experience in Product Management or Product Leadership capacities.

  • Portfolio Depth: Proven track record managing and launching multiple digital products, SaaS tools, or internal software systems simultaneously.

  • Engineering Fluency: Deep, thorough understanding of modern agile software development processes and a native aptitude for partnering with technical engineering teams.

  • Core Attributes: Elite critical thinking, precise prioritized decision-making in fast-shifting environments, and an entrepreneurial bias toward rapid execution.

Preferred

  • Direct experience operating within high-growth FinTech, SaaS, MarTech, Lead Generation, or Performance Marketing environments.

  • Hands-on experience integrating functional AI layers into customer-facing products or enterprise workflows.

  • Demonstrated history of successfully scaling products and leading distributed, technical teams inside high-growth corporate engines.

  • Retirement: Corporate retirement savings plan options with a traditional 401(k) (Eligible after 90 days of continuous employment).

  • Time Off: Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) allotment and observed holiday schedule.
