We are looking for a Mobile technician to service Ford vehicles remotely, we offer a great opportunity to service vehicles as well as provide great customer service

Responsibilities
  • Write up Repair orders, look up recalls, follow up on parts orders, track completed repairs and assist Manager.
  • schedule Mobile Service appointments, call customers and various tasks related to Mobile customer service.
  • Communicate directly with Used Car technician and Management team to facilitate repairs and maintenance on our lot vehicles.
  • Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs

Qualifications
  • 2 years of Automotive service experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent, Ford Certification a plus but not a necessity
  • Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
  • Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures and specifications
  • Valid FL driver's license and clean driving record
