Job Summary:

Do you love technology, luxury vehicles, and creating exceptional customer experiences? We are looking for an energetic, tech-savvy professional to join our team as an Acura Delivery Specialist.

In this role, you will become the go-to expert for Acura vehicle technology, features, and ownership support. You’ll help customers feel confident and excited about their new vehicle by providing personalized vehicle deliveries, hands-on technology demonstrations, and continued support after the sale.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying current with technology, social media, and innovation, and delivering a premium customer experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience during every interaction
  • Guide customers through Acura vehicle features, technology, apps, and connected services
  • Support the sales team by answering customer questions regarding product features and benefits
  • Conduct personalized vehicle deliveries and technology walkthroughs
  • Schedule and perform “Encore Deliveries” to ensure customers fully understand their vehicle systems
  • Follow up with customers after delivery to promote satisfaction and long-term loyalty
  • Stay current on Acura products, emerging technology, and vehicle innovations
  • Serve as a technology resource for dealership staff and customers
  • Assist with customer events, product demonstrations, and dealership engagement activities
  • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold high ethical standards
