Job description

Encore Village of Schaumburg is currently hiring for a PRN Security position. The majority of the shifts will be evenings and overnight shifts with an on-call rotation.

This position provides various customer service duties with a focus on resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 

·            emergency responder

·            walking/vehicle security patrols

·            reporting safety hazards

·            lock-ups/unlocks

·            incident reports

·            valet parking services

·            wheelchair escorts and welfare checks

·            Support Resident Services Team Members at reception desk as needed.

·            Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls as needed.

·            Generate maintenance work orders in accordance with the Work Order Policy.

Requirements:

Valid Drivers License required with a clean driving record.

Must be 21 years of age.
