Window Genie is hiring an experienced leader to enter our Operations Manager-in-Training program. Youโ€™ll begin by learning our services in the field, leading by example, and understanding the business from the ground up. As you develop, youโ€™ll take on increasing responsibility for employees, customers, scheduling, quality, equipment, and daily operations.

Our goal is to prepare the right person to become a future Operations Manager as our company continues to grow. Advancement may include relocation to another Window Genie market, so candidates should be open to future opportunities outside Lexington.
