Capital Ford of Raleigh is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll showcase our vehicles, build relationships with customers, and guide them through the buying experience from start to finish. If you have a passion for automobiles, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy helping people find the right vehicle, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles that best fit their preferences
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery
  • Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Stay up to date on vehicle features, specifications, and current inventory
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance sales and product knowledge
  • Support the team with additional duties as assigned
