Ourisman Chantilly Kia -- part of one of the area's oldest and most respected dealership groups -- is currently looking for positive, motivated, and technologically savvy individuals to serve as Delivery Coordinators. The delivery coordinator is in charge of demonstrating the vehicles features and making sure the customers know how to use them.
Salary: $17-18/hr
40hr work week

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Car sales is all about customer service and transferring enthusiasm about the new vehicle. Delivery Coordinators are a crucial part of this process as the one who goes over the new vehicle's technology, pairs their phone with the car, downloads the relevant apps on the customer's phone, ensures the vehicle is clean and full of gas, and ensures that any issues are immediately brought to a manager's attention. Delivery Coordinators also ensure a clean and customer friendly showroom and lot. This includes making sure vehicles are parked in correct areas, the lot is free and clear of trash, and customers receive their new vehicles in a clean, professional environment.
