Automotive Pick-Up and Delivery Driver 

Karl Flammer Ford | Tarpon Springs, FL

Job Description: 

We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Automotive Delivery Driver to support our growing service department. In this role, you will be the face of Karl Flammer Ford for many of our customers, responsible for safely transporting vehicles to and from customer homes, service appointments, or other dealership-related destinations. This position plays a vital role in our commitment to providing convenient and efficient service experiences. 

Key Responsibilities: 

● Pick up and deliver customer vehicles to and from the dealership in a safe and timely manner. 

● Maintain professional and courteous interactions with customers at all times.

● Conduct vehicle walkarounds during pick-up and delivery to identify any pre-existing damage or issues. 

● Ensure all required paperwork is completed and signed appropriately.

● Communicate clearly with the service team regarding scheduling, vehicle status, and customer needs. 

● Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles during transport. 

● Follow dealership and traffic safety guidelines at all times. 

● Assist with other dealership driving needs as assigned (e.g., parts delivery, shuttle service). 

Qualifications: 

● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required. 

● Previous experience in a driving or delivery role preferred, but not required.

● Excellent customer service and communication skills. 

● Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. 

● Professional appearance and demeanor. 

● Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions. 

● Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. 

● Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
