We are seeking a full-time Vehicle Delivery Coordinator to join our team in Woodside, NY. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $65,000 annually. Job Details Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year Job Type: Full-time Location: Woodside, NY 11377 Key Responsibilities Coordinate with the Sales Department to prioritize and manage daily vehicle deliveries. Verify vehicle serial numbers and condition, noting any damages or missing items before delivery. Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand operating features, warranty information, and required paperwork. Train customers on vehicle functions such as pairing phones, operating garage door openers, using navigation systems, and key fobs. Introduce customers to the Service Department and assist with scheduling their first service appointment. Follow up on post-delivery tasks including tag and title work and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally within dealership guidelines. Support management and sales staff in maintaining long-term customer relationships. Maintain cleanliness and professional standards in delivery areas, showroom floor, and lot. Strong knowledge of personal device technology and the ability to explain technical information clearly. Excellent interpersonal, written, oral communication, and computer skills. Ability to identify problems, analyze data, and develop valid conclusions. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; must be at least 18 years old to operate company or customer vehicles. Physical Requirements Ability to talk and hear regularly. Frequent standing, walking, sitting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Ability to lift and move up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
