Untiedt's is a proud, family-owned business operating seasonal greenhouses and vegetable stands throughout the Twin Cities. We take great pride in providing high-quality, locally grown plants and produce, but our true secret ingredient is extraordinary customer service.

We are seeking outgoing, high-energy, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join our team for the 2026 season. If you love interacting with people, thrive in a bustling, fast-paced environment, and want to spend your summer outdoors surrounded by beautiful local produce, we want to hear from you!


What You'll Do:

As the face of Untiedt's, you will keep our energy high and our farm stands beautiful. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Customer Excellence: Greet every customer with a warm smile, proactively help them select the perfect plants and produce, answer questions with enthusiasm, and happily assist in loading purchases into vehicles.
  • Fast-Paced Sales Operations: Keep the line moving! Accurately and efficiently process cash, check, credit card, and gift card transactions using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Merchandising & Product Care: Create eye-catching daily produce displays, update signage, and continuously restock and refill displays so the stand always looks its best.
  • Inventory & Stocking: Safely and quickly unload delivery trucks from our main farm, keeping the stand fully stocked during peak rush hours.
  • Site Maintenance: Keep the sales space clean, swept, and beautifully organized to provide a safe, welcoming shopping experience.


What We Are Looking For:

Are you a people person who loves a fast-paced environment? We are looking for vibrant, outgoing individuals who genuinely enjoy making someone's day brighter.


Basic Requirements:

  • Outgoing Personality: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to engage customers in a positive, friendly manner.
  • Fast-Paced Stamina: Ability to stay energized, multitask, and move with a sense of urgency in a busy outdoor retail environment.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the duration of your shift. Must be able to lift 25 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Weather Resilience: Comfortable working outdoors and maintaining a positive attitude through various Minnesota weather elements.
  • Reliability: A strong work ethic and the commitment to work through September (weekend availability is key!).

Preferred Skills:

  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated with the ability to see what needs to be done and take initiative without constant supervision.
  • Foodie Interest: A passion or interest in local agriculture and fresh food is a major plus!
