The team

Deloitte's Life Sciences practice advises pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical products organizations on complex regulatory, operational, and technology transformation initiatives. Our teams help clients design and implement Veeva Vault solutions across Regulatory Information Management (RIM), Clinical, Quality, and Safety, while improving regulatory processes, data structures, content management, and submission readiness. As part of this team, you would work in a consulting environment with cross-functional practitioners and client stakeholders to deliver large-scale transformation programs, guide strategic decisions, and help clients realize value from digital and AI-enabled regulatory capabilities.

  • Experience serving Life Sciences clients in a consulting, regulatory, clinical, quality, or safety environment
  • Experience managing project workstreams, deliverables, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into process, data, or system design documentation
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

  • Experience with regulatory data, content, or submission processes
  • Experience supporting proposals, statements of work, or business development activities
  • Veeva Vault certification

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $155,600-$306,800.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
