Job description

Job Title: Quality Specialist Location: Parsippany, NJ Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 Work Model: Remote – offsite Hours: 40.0

Responsibilities

  • Support and administer the Electronic Quality Management System (Veeva), including user access, reports, system configuration, validation, and end-user support.
  • Assist with document control activities such as document creation, formatting, review, approval workflows, and lifecycle management.
  • Develop and manage training curricula, monitor training completion, and support training materials and user guides within Veeva.
  • Coordinate Change Control Review Board (CCRB) activities, prepare agendas, facilitate meetings, document outcomes, and track change control progress.
  • Support quality metrics collection, trending, and reporting; participate in internal and external audit preparations.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives, inspection readiness activities, and other Quality Assurance tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Quality, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, Document Control, or related regulated environment.
  • Experience with electronic quality management systems (preferably Veeva) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of GxP regulations and quality system requirements.
  • Strong organizational, project coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset.
