Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience with 12+ Minimum Experience
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS-based solutions, preferably with Label lifecycle platform Managing day to day level sys admin tasks Liaison between on/offshore business, technical, and vendor teams
  • Working knowledge of SQL scripting, Reporting, and Views creation
  • Experienced in writing technical specs and driving business requirements Proactive communication skills,
  • multi-tasking Working knowledge of Veeva products, particularly Veeva RIM Coordinating at cross-functional workflows among RegulatoryTake ownership in resolving tickets and provide timely updates
  • Provide operational and admin support for content management SaaS platform
