Job Location: WinWire Technologies, Inc., 5201 Great America Pkwy., Suite 259, Santa Clara, CA 95054 & various unanticipated locations in the US
Design and implement end-to-end architecture for Salesforce platforms, including Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, and Veeva Align. Develop custom solutions using Veeva CRM, Veeva Align, Veeva Vault, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Tableau. Architect and implement bi-directional integrations between Veeva CRM, Veeva Align, and SFMC. Develop interactive Tableau dashboards with optimized data models for real-time sales and territory insights. Troubleshoot Integration issues, optimizing performance for large-scale campaigns. Build custom solutions for products and opportunities, integrating third-party tools via REST APIs. Responsible for completing end-to-end testing to validate integrations. Validate Data migration feasibility outcomes for consistency and regulatory adherence. Participate in Sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Drive development of Veeva CRM features and Veeva Align's territory optimization tools. Configure and Integrate Salesforce applications (Sales, Service, Health Cloud) with SFMC for marketing automation, adhering to DevOps principles like CI/CD pipelines. Integrate Veeva Vault's RIM and PromoMats with Salesforce Service Cloud, ensuring compliant content delivery. Test configurations to ensure data integrity and security.
