Senior Systems Engineer
As a Senior Systems Engineer, you'll take the lead in shaping complex systems from initial concept through integration and fielded capability. You will define system architecture, translate mission needs into actionable requirements, and guide multidisciplinary teams across communications, signals intelligence, electronic warfare and other specialized applications.
This is work that requires broad technical depth, strong systems thinking, and the confidence to make sound decisions when the challenges are complex and the stakes are high. If you are motivated by solving difficult problems, leading talented engineering teams, and turning ambitious concepts into high-impact operational capabilities, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a relevant engineering field
  • Proven track record of leading successful engineering programs
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a US security clearance
