WHAT OUR BARTENDERS DO:

Our Bartendersย are responsible forย bringing our beverage lineup to life. If you think you can consistently raise the bar (pardon the pun) and haveย a great timeย doing it, then this may be the perfect job for you!ย 

A BARTENDER'S DAY-TO-DAYย 

  • Provide an exceptional drinking experience by serving beverages promptly and courteously.ย 

  • Attend to detail and presentation of each order, ensuring high-quality standards.ย 

  • Prepare andย maintainย beverage ingredients by following recipes.ย 

  • Stay knowledgeable about all current specials and promotions.ย 

  • Maintain a clean and sanitary bar area in compliance with health and safety standards.ย 

  • Coordinate daily supply inventory for the bar andย submitย orders to the supervisor.ย 

  • Assistย with receiving and stocking beverage deliveries.ย 

  • Complete cleaning tasks according to daily and weekly schedules, including dishwashing as needed.ย 

  • Adhere to proper alcohol handling procedures andย maintainย compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.ย 

  • Maintainย appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items.ย 

  • Passย TIPSย certification.ย 

  • Assistย with orienting new team members.ย 

  • Listen to guest concerns and suggest resolutions or escalate to a supervisor.ย 

  • Handle cash transactions, including POS system operation and register management.ย 

  • Perform other duties as assigned.ย 

WHAT IT TAKESย 

  • Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service (21 in IL; 18 in FL/NC).ย 

  • At least one year of related bartending experience.ย 

  • Strong guest service skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.ย 

  • Knowledge of standard beverage service equipment and safe operation procedures.ย 

  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.ย 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.ย
