Job description

We are seeking engaging and detail-oriented Moderators to facilitate research sessions with participants from the general public. This role is responsible for ensuring a positive participant experience while collecting high-quality, unbiased data in accordance with established research protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate research studies, interviews, and testing sessions with recruited participants.
  • Guide participants through study activities while ensuring adherence to client protocols and research guidelines.
  • Collect accurate, objective, and high-quality data throughout each session.
  • Create a professional and comfortable environment that supports participant engagement and study success.
  • Ensure participant privacy, confidentiality, and safety at all times.
  • Follow established security procedures for handling, storing, and transmitting collected data.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support project teams in meeting research objectives.
  • Uphold quality standards and ensure all activities align with project expectations and compliance requirements.
