Job Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse
Profession: Nursing

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience required
License: VA or compact state license must be in hand at the time of submission
Certifications: ACLS, BLS
Must-Have:
Electrophysiology experience with implants, complex ablations, LAAO, cardioversions, tilt table, and TEE procedures.
EPIC charting experience required.
BSN preferred.
Description:
The Registered Nurse will work in a busy electrophysiology lab.
The lab specializes in complex procedures and is a referral center for complex patients.
Anesthesia coverage is available for 95% of procedures.
Candidates must have stamina and skills to meet the high expectations of a busy lab.
Staffing includes interdisciplinary support from IV teams, respiratory services, interpretation services, rapid response teams, and pharmacy.
Daily census consists of 6-12 procedures.
Candidates will float within their scope as needed.
A natural nail policy is in place.
All candidates must comply with fingerprinting requirements, as outlined in applicable regulations.
Candidates are not permitted to start with pending background results.
All necessary modules are to be completed within the first week of orientation.
