About the Role

As a Technical Retail FlexPLM Consultant at ArcherGrey, you will play a hands-on technical role by designing, developing, and maintaining PTC FlexPLM solutions for our retail clients. You will be directly responsible for coding, customizing, and integrating applications, as well as supporting upgrades, migrations, and data management activities. You’ll work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients to deliver practical and scalable PLM solutions that drive digital transformation. This is a remote position with up to 20% travel to client sites as needed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop FlexPLM customizations, extensions, and system integrations.
  • Write and maintain clean, efficient code using Java/JSP and related technologies.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing FlexPLM environments.
  • Conduct gap analyses and support data migration and integration efforts.
  • Analyze client data models; advise on data preparation and cleansing best practices.
  • Independently install, configure, and integrate PLM software solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
  • Support software testing, performance optimization, and ongoing system maintenance.
