BetterPitch specializes in creating sophisticated investment marketing collateral for clients in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Private Equity (PE), and Venture Capital (VC) sectors. We help investment firms effectively communicate their value proposition to institutional investors through compelling marketing materials and investment narratives.

Role Overview

As an Investment Associate at BetterPitch, your mission is to drive our clients’ fundraising success through sophisticated CRE, PE, and VC investment marketing collateral. You’ll work directly with deal sponsors and private equity firms to understand their capital needs, analyze market opportunities, and develop compelling materials that resonate with institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their investment strategies, capital needs, and market positioning
  • Analyze investment opportunities and market trends across CRE, PE, and VC sectors
  • Develop sophisticated investment marketing materials including pitch decks, offering memorandums, and investor presentations
  • Translate complex financial data into compelling investment narratives
  • Work directly with deal sponsors to refine their investment story and value proposition
  • Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in investment marketing
Qualifications
  • Experience in commercial real estate, private equity, venture capital, or investment banking
  • Strong understanding of investment analysis and financial modeling
