Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • 10+ years Proficiency in ASP, MS Visual Studio, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, VB.Net, VSTS
  • Experience in developing .Net code, PL-SQL scripts, and macros per business requirements
  • Experience with MS SQL, MS Access database, and Sybase Database
  • Knowledge of AWS Gateway, MuleSoft
  • Understanding of TIBCO ESB, Kafka topics
  • Experience in troubleshooting sev1 incidents on Microservices and providing RCA
  • Familiarity with incident management, ServiceNow, ITIL processes
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Dynatrace
  • Experience with Unix, Windows, application Log Analysis
  • Ability to maintain system logs, documentation, and support records
  • Experience in collaborating with vendors and troubleshooting Sev1 Sev2 incidents
  • Knowledge of Autosys, job schedulers
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems
  • Automation experience in relevant technologies and tools
  • Python knowledge
  • Experience with NoSQL databases
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
