Job description

Crossroads ABA Center seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for afterschool hours! This is an in-office, part-time position, and schedule will be 3pm-6pm, Monday-Friday.


The BCBA will be responsible for the assessment, development, and ongoing supervision of individualized ABA programs for children with autism and related developmental disabilities in a center-based environment. The BCBA provides leadership to ABA therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensures high-quality clinical programming, and promotes evidence-based practices that support meaningful progress and family collaboration.

Qualifications:

- A master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

- A current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and in good standing with the BACB.

- State licensure

- Minimum of 1-2 years experience providing ABA therapy to children with autism or developmental disabilities (center-based experience preferred)

- Completed the 8 hour BACB supervision training (or willing to complete within first month of employment)

Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs), skills assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS) and other standardized measures as appropriate

- Developing individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to each child's unique needs and goals

- Monitoring client progress through regular data review and program analysis, adjusting treatment plans as necessary

- Maintaining documentation that meets organizational, ethical, and insurance/funding requirements

- Providing direct supervision, competency assessments, performance evaluations, and ongoing training to RBTs, ABA therapists, and paraprofessionals

- Conducting parent training and family consultations to promote consistency and generalization of skills across settings

- Adhere to the BACB Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts and maintain all certification requirements

- Ensure all clinical services comply with applicable laws, regulations, and payer guidelines
