Job description

Position:  High School Assistant Track Coach (Pole Vault)

Location:  Westlake High School

This position requires excellent organizational, communication, relational, and teaching/coaching skills. We are seeking an individual who will bring energy and passion to the entire program and who is committed to developing young student-athletes both on and off the field. Coaches are expected to serve as positive role models and build strong relationships with student-athletes, families, and the school community. Previous coaching experience is preferred.

Experience coaching pole vault is also preferred. Candidates with a background in track and field and a willingness to obtain event specific training and certification will also be considered.

Candidates must meet all coaching requirements as set forth by the OHSAA and the Westlake City School District.
