What is a VAS Associate?

VAS Associates, or Value-Added Services Associates, are professionals who support the delivery and management of additional services provided alongside core products, typically in industries like telecommunications, retail, or logistics. Their role involves ensuring that value-added services—such as mobile content, product warranties, or premium support—are implemented, maintained, and optimized for customers. VAS Associates may coordinate with technical, sales, and customer service teams to enhance the customer experience and drive business revenue through these supplementary offerings.
