Job Title: Process Intelligence and Optimization Senior Consultant What will I do?
  • Conduct assessments of operations, workflows, and systems to identify improvement opportunities using lean, Six Sigma, and Agile principles
  • Perform root cause analyses on performance issues, rework, and SLA breaches using event logs and structured process diagnostics
  • Develop and maintain detailed business cases, process improvement roadmaps, and governance frameworks for initiatives spanning business functions
  • Lead and support the deployment, scaling, and governance of process mining across business units, ensuring alignment with strategic goals focused on return on investment
  • Provide consulting support on associated automation platforms including UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Co-Pilot Studio, and AIMS++
  • Facilitate process discovery workshops, working groups, and data walkthroughs with stakeholders to align on challenges and opportunities
  • Act as a change agent and capability builder: provide training and mentorship to business unit teams and continuous improvement (CI) practitioners
  • Create reusable methodologies, templates, and toolkits that enable repeatable success and scale process intelligence capability
  • Process Mining Familiarity: Hands-on experience with tools such as Celonis, ARIS Process Mining, and Signavio—including event log management, process visualization, variant exploration, and KPI configuration
  • Workflow & Automation Ecosystem: Familiarity with automation technologies such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, AIMS++, and Co-Pilot Studio
  • Methodologies: Lean Six Sigma familiarity, Agile delivery frameworks, and process discovery techniques
What will I bring?
  • 5+ years of experience in operational improvement, process improvement, business consulting, or transformation, ideally in mid- to large-scale enterprise settings
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and delivering measurable process improvements
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels—from frontline to executive
  • Ability to lead complex, data-driven initiatives with a clear understanding of change management dynamics

For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary rang es:The targeted base salary pay range for Senior Consultant is $115,000-145,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus . The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
